Who you are:
Minimum three years as a biller / collection specialist experience requiredHome Healthcare including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial Plan billing and collection experience preferredMedicare FISS/DDE experience a plus but not requiredMinimum associate degree or equivalent billing/collection work experienceExcellent computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organization skillsSpeed and accuracy in data entryAbility to work in and contribute in a team environmentWhat we offer:

Billing Home Health Medicare Advantage and Commercial claims daily/weeklyCollecting Home Health Medicare Advantage and Commercial claims daily/weeklyManaging and correcting medical billing/claims errors and resubmittingManaging payor accounts through specific online payor and payment portalsEnsuring payor accounts stay within prescribed DSO rangesBilling Fee-for-service claims, PDGM experience is optional and a plus.
Cash posting to claims, adjustments to claims inside the EMR packagePosition responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements of payers in addition to agency and department policies, procedures, and standardsSupport responsibilities will be assigned based on department and Management needs.
All assigned responsibilities require accurate and thorough work processes, attention to detail and timely deadline management.
